Another Set of Eyes
This head piece is intended to act as a navigation device for those who are visually impaired. The idea was to use other senses, like touch and sound, to help the wearer get around.
Once the person put on the headset, they were completely blinded. In order to navigate their surrounding they had to rely solely on the device to tell them where to go or what to avoid through a series of beeps or code words.
What do you do?
Once the headset was on, another person would assist you from another room by communicating with you through the headset.
Since it wasn’t allowed to use direct words such as “left, right, back, and forth” another set of words took their place. In this case, the theme was fruit!
